Analysis for Commercialization of Hydrogen Technologies
The purpose of this project is to analyze and to identify the need for more technological development of hydrogen technologies for these to be integrated in the future Danish Energy system. These analyses will be carried out on the background of model calculations for identification of technological and financial bottlenecks. Barriers for introduction of hydrogen technologies will be identified.
The purpose of this project is to analyze and to identify the need for more technological development of hydrogen technologies for these to be integrated in the future Danish Energy system. These analyses will be carried out on the background of model calculations for identification of technological and financial bottlenecks. Barriers for introduction of hydrogen technologies will be identified.
The analyses will be focused at hydrogen technologies, and as a part of the project, different scenarios will be defined for input of energy. Consumption of energy as electricity, natural gas and heat within households, transportation and industry will also be included. Alternatives to hydrogen technologies will be identified and evaluated. On the background of benchmark analyses relevant alternatives will be identified and included as a part of the analyses.
The project will result in updated roadmaps for hydrogen technologies. These analyses will set the participating industrial stakeholders in a much better position for developing improved strategies for deployment and commercialization of hydrogen technologies.
An updated version of “Energistyrelsens Energiteknologikatalog” is expected to be published with the inclusion of output data from this project. The Partnership will update roadmaps for all relevant technologies.
