Danish Participation in International Energy Agency (IEA) Technology Collaboration Programme on Industrial Technologies and Systems IEA IETS

The project is focused on the Danish participation in the international exchange in the International Energy Agency Programme on industrial energy technology and systems. This will allow Danish engagement in collaboration on e.g., energy efficiency, excess heat utilization, Industry 4.0, digitalization, sensor technology and process control.

Project description
The project focuses on the continued Danish participation in the International Energy Agency’s (IEA) technological collaboration programme on industrial energy technology and systems (www.iea-industry.org).
Denmark has a historical position as leading in industrial energy efficiency, and has numerous companies which supply world class energy technology. This position has been reached through close collaboration between research and industrial development as well as close contact to the international environment, among others through IEA.
